I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Lập kế hoạch SEO, Marketing online cho các dự án website theo yêu cầu của công ty.
2. Viết bài, biên tập nội dung, tăng lượng truy cập cho các website làm SEO, Marketing online.
3. Theo dõi sự phát triển của website, hiệu quả chiến dịch, đề xuất phương án cải thiện nếu cần.
4. Phối hợp với các thành viên trong Team, với các đối tác của công ty thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công.
II. YÊU CẦU:
– Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, quản trị kinh doanh.
– Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm làm SEO, Marketing online, làm quảng cáo: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo…
– Kỹ năng viết bài tốt, soạn thảo, biên tập nội dung.
– Thành thạo vi tính, thiết kế hình ảnh phục vụ trong công việc.
– Anh văn: có thể họp bằng tiếng Anh với các đối tác nước ngoài.
– Ưu tiên các ứng viên trẻ năng động.
III. CHẾ ĐỘ ĐÃI NGỘ:
1. Mức thu nhập:
– Lương cơ bản: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực.
– Thưởng theo dự án, thưởng cuối năm, thi đua, thâm niên công tác.
– Các khoản phụ cấp: Sẽ trao đổi cụ thể trong buổi phỏng vấn.
2. Các chế độ đãi ngộ khác:
– Chế độ phúc lợi xã hội (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, KPCĐ) đầy đủ theo quy định Nhà nước.
– Được nghỉ mát và đi du lịch hàng năm năm theo quy định của công ty.
– Được hướng dẫn và đào tạo thêm về kiến thức chuyên môn phục vụ cho công việc.
– Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp, ổn định và có thu nhập cao.
QUẢN LÝ BÁN HÀNG
I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Phát triển bán hàng thuộc các khu vực được phân công phụ trách.
2. Tổ chức đội ngũ bán hàng trực thuộc quản lý, hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, đào tạo, kèm cặp trình dược viên.
3. Chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ, kiểm tra, giám sát trình dược viên thực hiện bán hàng các chương trình bán hàng, marketing và chăm sóc khách hàng đảm bảo trình dược viên hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.
4. Quản lý hoạt động bán hàng của công ty tại khu vực phụ trách, gồm: doanh số, mạng lưới, điểm bán, hàng hóa, khách hàng, đối thủ cạnh tranh, thị hiếu người tiêu dùng …
5. Chịu trách nhiệm trước công ty về kết quả kinh doanh tại địa bàn quản lý.
6. Tham gia xây dựng chính sách bán hàng tháng, quý, năm, target năm cho team của mình.
7. Thực hiện các công tác quản lý theo quy định của công ty.
II. YÊU CẦU NĂNG LỰC, TRÌNH ĐỘ:
– Tốt nghiệp Đại học: ưu tiên chuyên ngành Y, Dược. Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
– Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các nhóm sản phẩm chuyên khoa: Da liễu + ETC dùng ngoài; nhóm Nam khoa, điều trị RLC.
– Am hiểu nghiệp vụ bán hàng.
– Khả năng lập kế hoạch, báo cáo.
– Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng, thuyết trình.
III. QUYỀN LỢI:
– Thu nhập hấp dẫn:
* Lương cơ bản: thỏa thuận theo năng lực
* Thưởng KPI, thưởng quý, thưởng tháng lương thứ 13; Thưởng lễ tết …
– Làm việc trong một môi trường chuyên nghiệp, thường xuyên được đào tạo về kỹ năng và nghiệp vụ chuyên môn.
– Nhiều cơ hội thăng tiến.
– Hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ theo Luật lao động: Nghỉ lễ, tết, phép năm, hiếu hỷ…
– Được tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng hàng năm. Tham gia Team building và các hoạt động mới lạ, độc đáo theo quy định của công ty.

1. Giới thiệu, tư vấn và thuyết phục các đối tượng khách hàng mua sản phẩm của công ty.
2. Phát triển khách hàng, triển khai hoạt động bán hàng thuộc các khu vực được phân công.
3. Nhân viên cần phải tập trung, chủ động tìm kiếm và tạo dựng mối quan hệ với các khách hàng tiềm năng. Giải quyết các vấn đề và phàn nàn của khách hàng để đảm bảo độ hài lòng, tin cậy của khách với công ty.
4. Báo cáo lên các cấp quản lý về nhu cầu, vấn đề, mối quan tâm của khách hàng; hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và tiềm năng trong việc phát triển kinh doanh các sản phẩm của công ty.
5. Chịu trách nhiệm trước công ty về kết quả kinh doanh tại địa bàn mình phụ trách.
II. YÊU CẦU NĂNG LỰC, TRÌNH ĐỘ:
– Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao Đẳng: ưu tiên chuyên ngành Y, Dược, MKT. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm.
