Sử dụng Azodra khi bị suy thận

 Câu hỏi:  Tôi năm nay 40 tuổi và đang bị suy thận, nếu muốn dùng Azodra thì tôi nên dùng loại nào (Azodra 50 hay Azodra 100)? Liều sử dụng như thế nào? Xin cảm ơn!

Chào bạn,

AZODRA là thuốc dùng để điều trị tình trạng rối loạn chức năng cương ở nam giới. Mỗi viên nén bao film có chứa Sildenafil citrate tương đương với Sildenafil 50mg(AZODRA 50) hay 100mg (AZODRA 100).

Đối với người lớn hầu hết các bệnh nhân được khuyến cáo dùng liều 50mg. Sau đó, dựa trên sự dung nạp và tác dụng của thuốc liều có thể tăng lên tới mức tối đa là 100mg hoặc giảm tới mức 25mg. Uống thuốc 1 giờ trước khi hoạt động tình dục. Không được dùng quá 01 lần mỗi ngày.

Trường hợp của bạn đang bị suy thận, nhưng vì không rõ là ở cấp độ nào, nên Công ty đưa ra hướng dẫn chung như sau:

–  Nếu suy thận nhẹ hoặc trung bình (độ thanh thải Creatinine =30 – 80mL/phút), thì không cần điều chỉnh liều.

–  Trường hợp suy thận nặng (độ thanh thải Creatinine < 30mL/phút), thì liều nên dùng là 25mg vì độ thanh thải của Sildenafil bị giảm ở những bệnh nhân này.

Tuy nhiên, để sử dụng thuốc thích hợp, hiệu quả và đảm bảo tính an toàn, bạn nên đến gặp Bác sĩ.
